WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
- We accept PayPal along with all major credit cards via our secure check out.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?
- We generally ship your item with 24 hours of payment excluding weekends and US Holidays. We use FedEx for our shipping and give a 2-6 day delivery window for the lower 49 states and 5-9 days for AK and HI. We do have East & West Coast locations and most customers will see a 2 day delivery time. Please contact us if you would like expedited shipping.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, IS LOST OR IS DEFECTIVE?
- If item is damaged in shipping please email us with pictures attached within 28 days of receiving your item. This allow us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
- If your item shows delivered but has not arrived please contact us within 2 days of delivery date. We will start a trace on the lost package and will issue a replacement immediately.
- If your item is defective and includes a One Year Warranty from purchase date please contact us immediately and we will exchange/replace accordingly. All other items have a 30 Day money back guarantee. Items will be replaced/exchanged upon review.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- 30 day money back guarantee, if item is unused or in like new condition. A 20% re-stock fee will be processed for all orders returned.
- If an item is sent back used, it will not be refunded unless given approval by our returns team prior to receiving item. All parts must be included and in like new condition.
- Buyer pays return shipping on all orders not damaged or defective.
- If an item is refused at delivery or undeliverable, customer will not be refunded original shipping cost and the original shipping cost amount will also be deducted from item refund.
